Tenacious is not responsible for orders that are fufilled but not shipped because of missing or incomplete destnation requirements or paperwork that may be unique to your state or locality.  Please check your local and state airgun laws prior to ordering. Fufilled orders may be placed on a destination hold if further information is required. Tenacious Airguns does not ship to an unknown third party addresses or P.O.
